When will my goods arrive? Standard delivery of instock items takes between 2-5 working days. Next day delivery of instock items will be with you the following day providing you order before 11:00 (Mon-Thurs). A next day delivery order placed before 11:00 on a Friday will arrive on Monday unless the Saturday delivery option is selected. Do I need to sign for my goods? Very often we will send orders by Recorded delivery which means the driver will need your signature. We find this is the safest way for us and our customers. What forms of payment do we accept? We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron Need more information on a product? Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone on 0800 195 6638. We also offer an email service that you can access by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order? You can cancel your order with us as long as we haven’t already dispatched it. If we have, you will have to send the goods back yourself. What do I do if my order is incorrect or has been damaged in transit? Contact us within 7 days of receipt to inform us of the problem. We will then advise you to return the goods and then either refund your money or re-send the correct/replacement items.
