Standard delivery of instock items within the UK mainland is 2-5 working days. Next day delivery orders for instock items within the UK mainland must be placed by 11:00 (Mon-Fri). Saturday delivery orders of instock items within the UK mainland must be placed by 11:00 on Friday. 
Please note that a next day delivery order for instock items placed on Friday before 11:00 will arrive on the following Monday unless 'Saturday delivery' is selected. An order placed for instock items after the cutoff point of 11:00 each day will be processed on the next working day. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order for instock items within this timescale, we will email you with an estimated time of arrival. Our delivery prices are the same regardless of the weight of your order. Customers from any country outside the UK are asked to email us to process the transaction. We reserve the right to deliver the goods to the cardholders address. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will advise you of the expected delivery date by email or phone. Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. Tracking: Once we have dispatched your goods you will receive an e-mail to confirm that they will follow shortly. Your goods may be delivered by recorded delivery which will require a signature upon arrival. We can’t speficfy an exact time when the courier will deliver your order and delivery to non mainland UK destinations may incur a delay. Returns: You can cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. To cancel an item, you can contact us by e-mail, fax or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Just Tour Limited t/a ReadyToLeave.com cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery caused by the courier or postal services. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's carrier. All items supplied to the customer remain the property of JustTour Limited t/a ReadyToLeave.com until final payment owing in respect of those goods has been received in full. Every effort is made to ensure delivery is made within our estimated timescale up to a maximum of 28 days. We reserve the right to change the delivery prices without prior notice.
